Kurt is fantastic. He is so quick to diagnose issues and get them fixed! I called him with an AC that wouldn’t turn on, and within a day he had it dieted out. He even checked with me a few days later to make sure everything was still working. HIGHLY recommend!!

We had been stretching our old A/C and heater system for the past two years with a minor repair, but it finally came time to do a full replacement. After doing tons of research, I reached back out to a company that had previously given us the lowest quote — only to find the new price was thousands more than before.

I sent my budget to several companies, and Comfort Maxx Heating & Air Conditioner stood out immediately. They replied quickly (faster than anyone else), gave me a much better price than any prior quote, and their customer service was outstanding from start to finish.

Kurtis was upfront and honest, clearly explaining everything and working with us to make this replacement financially possible. They sent a picture of the technician ahead of time for safety, arrived on time, and Carver & Canyon — the techs — were professional, respectful, and did excellent work (even put down drop clothes to protect our home).

I was so impressed with Kurtis and his team. They reviewed how much it would be to repair the AC and Heating unit and they weighed the option of getting a new unit. They did everything they could to get our Heater and Ac unit working as soon as they could. I am very impressed with their professionalism and their honesty. I look forward to working with them in the future for their website and online marketing efforts next year so we can keep them taking care of more people like me.

They were very responsive and communicative with what was going on with my AC unit and when it had to be replaced, they were able to get my new unit installed within a couple days. We really appreciate their help!

I never leave bad reviews but this time it was really bad. My AC systems got louder and messed up after they serviced. The initial technician didn’t seem very knowledgeable and the owner got mad and accused me of calling him a liar when I shared my concerns. They then wouldn’t make any attempt to resolve and just dropped us. Would not recommend.

Honest work, honest people. I had a problem with a mini-split unit. Comfort Maxx was the fastest available and best priced to do the job. The office staff moved like greased lightning - I was impressed. Jaden came the next morning and didn't try to upgrade or pull any sales tricks. He was genuinely intent on solving the problem as efficiently and accurately as he could, and he did. No surprises at billing, and he wanted me to understand everything that was happening as it happened (I tend to hover over contracted services). I'll definitely use them again.
