It would be hard to find a better company and group of employees than what Kurt has built. Kurt is one of the best people I know and it also shows through the employees he sends to your house to make sure your equipment is working properly. Carver just came and did my maintenance and I’m totally impressed with the care of detail he took cleaning out the a/c unit.

I’ve always been reluctant to call random AC guys because I’ve heard stories that f people getting ripped off. Kurt and his team go above and beyond to take care of their customers. Most recently a part came loose in my system which caused a horrific noise and my fear was that the motor was toast and I was looking at a massive fix. I called Kurt and he swung by in between appointments (I let him in remotely while we were on vacation) and he fixed a simple part and all was well. He’s the kind of guy you instantly trust having in your home. Their service plan is reasonable and makes servicing your system incredibly easy. Honestly I can’t say enough about these guys. Trust, reliability, quality. My go to guy for all things AC.

I like that I get a heads up on maintenance. My air conditioner is 15 years old and is showing signs of wear. Jason told me about a unit that I will be planning on having installed next year. I had a bathroom installed last year and the contractor was very impressed with Comfort Maxx’s tankless water system and their installation. I like to hear praise from other contractors. These guys not only do quality work and offer a competitive price, but they did the little things like showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves, communicated during the whole process, and were transparent. It was great to get the ducts cleaned. They also installed new Halo Air Purifiers that should help a ton to clean the air throughout the house. They are worth the money. I'll bet we are sick even less next year :-)

Outstanding service and response! Kurt was amazing. The furnace went out suddenly on a Friday night with bad timing before a weekend and during the cold of December. Called several places, but all route through an answering service and unable to get a tech out until late in the day or even the next day or two. Kurt answered himself, clarified the problem, said he was able to respond promptly and even the service fee was lower than others. He was quickly on site about 30 minutes later, diagnosed the issue and corrected in just over an hour. He even figured out a solution to a broken sensor issue that likely would have required most techs to order a part and return in several days while we waited with no heat. He clearly knows his stuff and left us with heat most importantly. Will use for all future HVAC needs, including an improvement to our system as currently it’s been over stressed due to initial set up, which he walked me through options for.
