Installed a split unit in an exterior office. It would run, but then provide an error. Comfort Maxx sent out Jaden who tracked down the issue, came up with a solution and got it all up and running in no time. Amazing experience With Kurt, He came in and did exactly what I was looking for and presented me with a lot of different options to help me make the best decision. He was very informative in educating me on how my system worked and some of the shortcuts the original contractor took when it was first installed. We got my system running better and more efficiently and I'm very happy with the results. all around cool guy too. I will definitely have them back again to service the system and would be top of my list to refer friends and family to.

My A/C went out on a Friday evening and I called Kurtis at Comfort Maxx Heating & Air. He came out Saturday morning and assessed the situation and gave me several different options. I decided to replace my unit and my furnace since it was older as well. They came back out on Monday morning and did the install in 3-4 hours. Kurtis and his team are very professional and offer quality equipment and service. I would recommend them.

I didn’t know how to install a smart thermostat so I reached out to them on Facebook. They gave me some pointers to do it myself (so I could save myself some money) but I didn’t feel comfortable doing it so they came out the next day and got it installed for cheaper than the other two quotes I got, so I ended up paying them what the other companies quotes me because I appreciated their responsiveness and help in actually getting the device installed via the app. They waited around after it was good to go and helped me change the settings and gave me pointers on where I should put the sensors. I would totally use them again.

Knowledgeable, prompt service, friendly staff and excellent workmanship.Our A/C failed right when temps spiked. Although they were very busy, he came out the next day to diagnose the issue, explain our options and & provide an estimate. They were able to replace our broken A/C unit within a couple of days. The new system works much better and we love the new thermostat as well.

Kurtis was great to work with. We needed a new furnace and A/C and he looked at what we had and gave a few options for replacement. He was very knowledgeable and gave the information we needed to make the right choice for our home. He was on time for the installation and did all the work in one day even during a really bad rain storm. The work done was clean and he is very professional. He is really good about communicating and making sure you have everything you need. He even scheduled a follow-up appointment after the installation to go over any questions we may have and to walk us through everything since my wife and I were not home during the install. Kurtis is awesome and I would recommend him to everyone.
